Made with 100% first-class Akaiwa Omachi rice polished to 38%. Grown in Okayama prefecture and brought to Yuki brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture to use for brewing the best Junmai Daiginjo.
Brewed with lots of care and attention of the kurabito, the result is the elegant, well rounded, smooth and balanced tasting junmai daiginjo.
The graceful, luxurious aroma complements the wholesome tasty palate. Notes of fruit bouquet freshly picked Fuji apple or trails of light peach scent gives a nice ending nose.
Best to enjoy on its own, chilled in a thin, white wine glass.
