Size 10/20 per lb - before you do any price comparison in the market, do check the size of the scallops as different sizes are priced differently.
Frozen. Contains a protective layer of glazing. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.
Note that this is not sashimi-grade scallops.
Pro tip: Do thaw and pat the scallops dry before cooking in order to get a nice brown sear! best to use a blow torch to finish
