More than 3 hours late

Cannot believe I order the delivery from 10am to 3pm but now it is 6.15pm, not seeing anybody calling and nobody answering the calls. Disappointing services rendered.

Ordered 2 times by 3pm but never receive even before 5pm

Ii preorder ice and others to be delivered by 3pm. The orders on both deliveries are more than 2 hours late. So difficult to contact their operation team to get reply.
