Thanks to the right balance of Junmai Daiginjo, non-pasteurization (Nama) and original yeast, this sake contains rich flavor of rice and fresh fruity aroma (Ginjo-ka). This fresh fruity aroma is generated by Nihonsakari’s original yeast.
