Greenland Halibut is of exceptional fresh quality and is one of the finest edible fish in the world. Some have even compared its taste and meat quality to cod!
Contains bones so if you are feeding this to young children, please exercise caution. The bones are quite big so they are easily spotted!
One of the best thing about our halibut is that it never dries out. It can be prepared steamed, baked, pan-fried or grilled.
