The King Salmon originated in New Zealand and is one of the most delicious types of salmon in the world. Our salmon is sustainably ocean-farmed is known for its thick, juicy, and buttery smooth texture, which makes it seem like a total delight. It's a succulent full-flavored high-fat content fish with huge and soft-textured flakes that are packed full of flavor and nutrients!
The majority of the bones have been removed from this fillet, however, there may be a few small pin bones hidden in the meat. As a result, while feeding young children or the elderly, exercise caution.
