Unshucked oysters are packed frozen in a bag. When stored in the freezer at an ideal temperature of -18deg, they can be stored up to 3 months.
If you do not intend to consume the shucked oysters immediately, you can keep them in chiller for up to 3 hours.

ordered it for a friend's birthday. we finished it almost immediately. they were sweet and the right kind of briny. excellent with Tobasco but even better on its own with a squeeze of lemon.

This is unlike any other oysters. The creamy and rich flavourful succulent taste with a tinge of Tobasco Sauce makes this oyster from the Sea of Japan taste all that more satisfying! Highly recommended for any 1st oyster taster...
