85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon
Brilliant pale straw. Vibrant lifted nose of citrus blossom and grassiness with a touch of floral notes. Fresh and zesty palate. Citrus and grassy characters are abundant combined with a lovely richness from the Semillon.
Suggested Pairings: Fillet of dhufish, poached in citrus court bouillon served on potato galette with cardamom and anise dressing. The softness and moisture of the fish amalgamates with the natural richness of the wine.
