Envyfol GSM is a nice blend of the three classic grape varieties: grenache, syrah and mourvèdre. A smooth and accessible wine full of dark ripe fruit. The syrah provides aromas of dark berries and some pepper, the grenache adds a hint of southern spiciness while the mourvèdre completes the wine with a touch of cocoa.
