Meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a mild spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice. A style of cooking that’s native to Jamaica, the beef achieves an elevated flavour profile which is not commonly found locally. Tender, flavourful and absolutely delicious.

Reheating Steps for Roast Lamb Rack/ Roast Beef:
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees for 10 minutes. Cover the lamb in an aluminium wrap and cook it at 140 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (Internal core temperature -160 degrees). Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Take precautions on the heated items.
