Reheating Steps for Roast Chicken/ Salmon En Croute/ Parmesan Potatoes/Chicken or Beef Lasagna:
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees for 10mins. Cover in an aluminium wrap and cook it at 140 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (Internal core temperature -160 degrees). Remove the aluminium wrap and put it in the oven (140 degrees) for another 5 minutes to crisp up the skin. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Take precautions on the heated items.
