The half shell scallops are pre-mixed with a Chef's special recipe of flying fish roe, salad dressing, seasoning and topped with a generous amount of delicious cheese for you to enjoy a quick and easy snack.
Preparation Can be prepared frozen without thawing. Place the whole shell scallops with cheese in the oven or toaster for 9 - 12 minutes till all cheese are melted.
You may use an air fryer too for approx. 7~8 min.
Pro tip: Use a blow torch on the surface of the cheese to give it a crispier finish to the edges for a more 'shiok' bite!
Storage Keep frozen at -18C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
