This new sparkling sake is designed by SOU-SOU, textile design brand based in Kyoto. Lively and bright with Green Apple, medium-bodied with a refreshingly light finish. Pairs well with a wide array of light appetizers as well as with spicy food. Utakata Sparkling Sake is best served chilled and enjoyed in a flute.
